Each frame you win takes 20% off the enemy gate, get to 100% and then you can go straight to big tower without doing castle again
The gate does not regenerate so when you come back it won't be healed
Example:
You win 2 Frames, Gate Health is now 60%
You get sent back to Middle Tower (If you don't have Middle Tower then spawn at your Castle)
You then fight for Middle Tower
Win Go back to finish off the gate
Lose Enemy approaches your castle
When you get back the gate is still 60%
You win 3 Frames, the castle gate is destroyed and this is the new layout
